You may be able to return the membership plan that you bought from All About Pipelines and claim for a refund. All About Pipelines
powered by NT Technologies provides accidental buy refund policy i.e. if you accidentally purchase a membership plan, All About Pipelines may grant a refund for your purchase subject to fulfilling following terms and conditions:
- You claim your refund before activation of your membership account: We will refund complete amount after deduction of charges levied on us by the payment gateway which may vary from 2% to 5% per transaction depending upon the mode of payment selected for purchase i.e. credit cards, debit cards, net banking, wallets etc.
(Please note that activation of your account is done within 24 hours of purchase.)
- You claim your refund after activation of your membership account: If you claim refund within 24 hours after activation of your membership account and no design report/ output has been downloaded from All About Pipelines corresponding to the analysis for which membership plan has been activated within this period, then we will refund complete amount after deduction of charges levied on us by the payment gateway which may vary from 2% to 5% per transaction depending upon the mode of payment selected for purchase i.e. credit cards, debit cards, net banking, wallets etc.
- Any other case not covered above: Non-refundable.
In case you meet the criteria as per our above refund policy, All About Pipelines will initiate refund within 24 hours of your claim with the payment gateway service provider without any questions asked. To know how much time it will take for the refund to reflect in your bank account please
